Where is my order made?
We carry an expansive list of brands who manufacture their items all over the world. However, EVERY single order is proudly & professionally decorated in the USA in our Illinois warehouse.
Will I get a mock up to approve?
Yes! On all custom orders, you will receive a mockup of your logo on your item(s) via e-mail within 1-2 business days. You can order with confidence knowing production won't start until you love how your logo looks!
How long will it take to get my order?
Custom orders ship 3-5 days after mock up approval. We do offer rush service if you need guaranteed delivery quickly. Rush fees apply. Please contact us with any special requests.
Non custom orders are shipping same or next day if ordered before 2PM CST. Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 days. Expedited shipping takes 2 days.
